The City of Baker School System (CBSS) Department of Child Welfare & Attendance (CWA) works to train, motivate, support and guide CBSS staff, students, families, and community partners in efforts to increase student attendance, decrease chronic absenteeism and chronic truancy, address barriers that result in truancy and help enhance the academic success of all CBSS students.
