NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In compliance with LA 39:1307, the City of Baker School Board will hold a public hearing prior to the consideration of adoption of the 2012 - 2013 General Fund and Special Revenue Funds Budgets. The public hearing will be held in conjunction with the regular scheduled board meeting on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Baker School Board’s central office board room located at 3033-C Ray Weiland Drive, Baker, LA 70714.
The budget will be available for public inspection beginning Wednesday, August 22, 2012 through Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at the City of Baker School Board.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Deborah Davis, Administrative Assistant, at least three working days prior to the meeting at (225) 778-2362.
